These traditional, unspoilt Savoyard villages are linked with «L’Espace Diamant » ski area, which also includes Les Saisies, the Olympic venue in 1992 for the cross-country ski event. This area has somehow managed to escape mass tourism and over-development. With easy access, only one and a half hours from Geneva airport, this location ticks pretty much all the boxes.
