This exceptional 4 star leaseback development is located right by the slopes on the sunny side of Les Carroz, in a peaceful setting on the edge of the forest. This development will be ski-in/ski-out giving direct access into the impressive Grand Massif ski area boasting 265 km of varied ski slopes.

It will consist of 6 small chalets divided into 34 apartments and 1 chalet featuring the reception, a heated swimming pool, saunas, Jacuzzi, steam rooms and a gym. A range of body treatments and massages will also be available in the popular ‘Spa & beauty’ centre which is now a common feature in our leaseback developments.

The chalets will be built in a traditional alpine style using local materials such as timber and stone. Most of the properties will benefit from great views and a south west orientation.
