 | Tignes, as part of L'Espace Killy, is one of the most renowned and exclusive ski resorts in the Alps. It boasts a huge skiing area of over 300 km of slopes and is the resort chosen by the French ski team in order/ to train. Being one of Europe's highest resorts at 2100m, snow is almost guaranteed right down to the bottom of the village throughout the whole season. Thanks to the presence of the glacier, you can also ski all year round. The area is on the edge of "Le Parc de la Vanoise", a protected National Park, which makes Tignes an interesting base for trekking too. |
