Annecy - Le Domaine Saint Laurent
Le Domaine du St Laurent comprises 99 apartments within a total of eleven two- and three-storey buildings. Their exterior design was inspired by the area’s traditional Savoyard farm buildings of an earlier age. The long buildings feature slate roofs with dormer windows above rendered finishes in colours occurring naturally in the immediate landscape – green, yellow and beige. Timber cladding is a feature of some buildings.
The apartments range in size from a one-bedroom apartment with a floor area of 48 sq metres to four-bedroom duplexes of 150 sq metres. All of them have a terrace or balcony, underground parking and a cellar.
