First of all may I say how delighted I am that you are considering buying an MGM-built property in France. This section of the website has been created to introduce myself and my team to you and to share some of the pride we feel in the properties we create. Our company is mainly focused on The French Alps: Haute Savoie, Savoie, and more recently the Hautes Alpes.
My Family has a long history in the construction industry. In fact MGM has been a family-run company, based in the French Alps, since 1963. Over that time I have seen many changes in the development of ski and beach resorts. For a time there was a phase when demand seemed unstoppable and many developers entered the market to make quick profits... David Giraud.
With most owners only using their properties for just a few weeks each year and the demand for accommodation ever increasing, the French government introduced a scheme to entice owners of new properties into renting them out when not in use. The scheme known as Residence de Tourisme in France, which we term as Leaseback has been running for over 25 years and has proved to be very popular amongst purchasers of holiday homes. The MGM group has already completed many Leaseback Residences in the Alps. Most of MGM's latest developments have 4 star status (the highest possible classification) and offer some of the finest accommodation in their respective resorts...
